The FitwithPari Show-Up Challenge
The Show-Up Challenge is a women-only live-workout challenge built around one idea: you don’t need more motivation, you need a promise. A woman promises a number of live workouts — 12, 16, or 21 — and the Tribe helps her keep it. Every show-up is verified from live-class attendance, not self-reported.
What is a promise?
A promise is a public, measurable commitment to a number of live workouts: 12, 16, or 21 show-ups. It is not a daily obligation — show-ups do not have to be on consecutive days. The promise is the unit everything else in the challenge is built on.
Why 12, 16, or 21?
The three ladders match different starting points. 12 builds the habit, 16 stretches it, 21 makes it hard to remember the version of you who kept quitting. A woman chooses the promise that is honest for her month — keeping a smaller promise beats abandoning a bigger one.
What counts as a show-up?
Attending a live, coach-led class for the full session. Recorded videos, self-reported workouts, and partial attendance do not count. That strictness is the point: a show-up means she was actually there.
How is attendance verified?
The platform records who was actually in each live class and for how long — a show-up is logged from those attendance records, never from a member reporting her own workout. Only full-session attendance counts, and those verified show-ups are the only numbers the challenge publishes: on the Live Wall, in milestones, and in every promise kept.
What is a milestone?
Milestones mark the moments that matter on the way to a kept promise — the first show-ups that prove she has started, and the halfway mark that proves she is still here. Milestones are celebrated on the Live Wall as they happen.
What is a Promise Keeper?
A Promise Keeper is a woman who finished the challenge she committed to — she made her promise and kept all of it. The title is earned once and kept permanently. Promise Keepers are recognized by name on the challenge site.
What is a Tribe Builder?
A Tribe Builder is a member who brings the challenge to other women — inviting, vouching for, and backing women who want in. The Tribe recognizes builders for who they brought in; women are never measured against each other.
How do I join?
Two doors, one challenge: buy a Challenge Pass, or be vouched for by a member of the Tribe — free entry is vouched entry. Both doors lead to the same promise, the same live classes, and the same wall.
