Class check-ins
After every live class, the wrap-up asks a woman how she feels now and how she recalls feeling before she started. This page publishes the current thirty-day aggregate of those answers, with the window it covers, the release it belongs to, and a separate count behind every figure.
Both mood answers are collected after class; the before-class answer is the woman's recollection of how she felt before the session.

wb-20260913-9ce7836f0d5ae85d- Window (IST calendar days, inclusive)
- 2026-08-15 to 2026-09-13
Based on 250 admitted post-class check-ins from 100 distinct women across 111 women-only live classes. A woman may contribute check-ins from more than one class.
| Measure | Value | Valid answers | Distinct women |
|---|---|---|---|
| Average recalled mood before class | 5.9 / 10 | 250 | 100 |
| Average mood after class | 8.9 / 10 | 250 | 100 |
| Check-ins where the after-class mood was higher | 76% | 250 | 100 |
| Check-ins where it was unchanged | 19% | 250 | 100 |
| Check-ins where it was lower | 5% | 250 | 100 |
| Average effort rated | 7.0 / 10 | 239 | 97 |
| Average “kept up” self-rating | 87 / 100 | 230 | 94 |
The unchanged and lower shares are derived from the two published shares, so rounding can leave them a point short of the whole.
By class format
Only formats that clear the publication floor appear here. Each row is a separate sample of check-ins from a different set of classes and a different set of women, so the rows are not a comparison between formats and must not be read as one.

What each measure is
- Average recalled mood before class
- Mean of the before-class mood a woman recalled, answered after class on a 1–10 scale. Of admitted check-ins carrying both mood answers.
- Average mood after class
- Mean of the after-class mood a woman reported in the wrap-up, on a 1–10 scale. Of admitted check-ins carrying both mood answers.
- Check-ins where the after-class mood was higher
- Share of admitted check-ins whose after-class mood was higher than the recalled before-class mood. Of admitted check-ins carrying both mood answers.
- Check-ins where it was unchanged
- Share of admitted check-ins whose two mood answers were equal, derived from the two published shares. Of admitted check-ins carrying both mood answers.
- Check-ins where it was lower
- Share of admitted check-ins whose after-class mood was lower than the recalled before-class mood, derived from the published share. Of admitted check-ins carrying both mood answers.
- Average effort rated
- Mean of how hard the session felt, rated 1–10 in the wrap-up. An optional answer, so its count is its own — not the admitted-check-in count.
- Average “kept up” self-rating
- Mean of how much of the class each woman rated herself as keeping up with, on a 0–100 scale. A mean of self-ratings, not a share of women, and an optional answer with its own count.
What this does not show
These findings describe what women reported. They do not establish that a class caused the difference: every check-in comes from a woman who chose to attend and chose to answer, and there is no comparison group.
