Getting stronger

Members here describe greater strength and stamina in everyday life, rather than focusing only on weight or appearance.

It’s not about how much weight you lose, it’s about how much stronger that you get.

Sirisha, 40On getting stronger

Stronger and the best part about FitwithPari is it's not about how much weight you lose it's about how much stronger that you get so weight loss is a happy side effect but it's more about the energy gain I see reduction in body pains because I have a seated job thank you thank you for everything and if you're someone either in your 20s 30s or 50s and you if you want to get stronger then this is the time

Before joining Pari, I had tried everything… And I never stayed consistent… But what I was truly missing was strength.

Hina, 41On consistency and strength

Read transcript

Hi Tribe, I'm Hina, 41 years old and I've been with FitwithPari for over 2 years now. Before joining Pari, I had tried everything, gym, power yoga, zumba, running, aerobics, you name it. And I never stayed consistent. And that kept me from seeing my results. After taking a break from work and working out of course, I gained 10 kilos in just 6 months. I knew exactly what it was doing to me, physically and emotionally. So I took up running again. And along with the stress of COVID, I did manage to lose the weight. But what I was truly missing was strength. That's when I discovered Pari and her inspiring testimonials. And now after 2 years, I'm proud to be writing one myself.

My 5k runs are much better, I can do almost a push up…

Questions women ask

These answers summarise what members on this page describe, without promising the same outcome for everyone.

What do members say changes when they exercise consistently?

Members on this page describe feeling stronger, more energetic, more confident and more consistent with exercise. Some also talk about better stamina, feeling less intimidated by workouts they once avoided, and enjoying the routine more over time. These are individual experiences, not guaranteed outcomes.

Is FitwithPari focused on weight loss?

FitwithPari is not presented here as a weight-loss program. Members talk about many kinds of progress, including strength, energy, confidence, stamina, consistency and community; some also mention weight or body changes as part of their personal experience. FitwithPari does not promise a particular weight-loss or body outcome.

Can I start if I haven’t exercised in a long time?

Yes. Several members on this page describe returning to exercise after long breaks or difficult stretches. Their experiences show that women join with different fitness histories; if you’re returning after surgery, injury or illness, follow your healthcare professional’s advice about when and how to exercise.

How does a coach help with form in a live online class?

Members describe coaches watching their movement live, correcting form and modifying exercises to suit their level. Because the class happens live rather than as a recording, feedback can happen during the workout.

What is a women-only live group like?

Members describe the women-only live group as supportive, encouraging and easier to stay consistent with. They mention recognition, kindness, shared effort and the feeling of exercising with other women even while joining from home. Those descriptions reflect individual member experiences.

Consistency is the common thread.

Across these stories, women repeatedly talk about finding a way to keep showing up.
