INSIDE THE SHOW-UP CHALLENGE · OPTIONAL

Walk + Show Up = Move the Expedition

Every time you show up for yourself, your team moves forward.

Walk. Join a live workout. Move your Crew toward the destination.

The first Crews are forming. Live progress appears here once they set off.

Make My Promise

An Expedition is an optional team journey inside the Show-Up Challenge. Your walking and your live classes move your Crew toward a shared destination.

Your Promise is personal. Your Expedition is shared.

  • 1 step = 1 Expedition Step

    Your walking counts.

  • One live class a day = one Show-Up Boost

Take as many classes as you like. One live class a day counts as one credited Show-Up toward your Promise, and gives your Crew one Show-Up Boost.

  • Your Crew

You will be placed into a small Crew of women doing the same Expedition.

Walking moves your Crew forward; your Promise still requires verified live-class Show-Ups, with at most one credited per day, and joining an Expedition never changes your Promise or medal.

One checkpoint a week, all the way to one destination.

Choose Your Expedition

Choose the adventure that fits your life.

Joining an Expedition is optional. Your Promise does not depend on it. Nothing you earn depends on it either.
