Our classes are held in small session groups, 15 times a day Monday through Friday & 4 classes on Saturday too. Pick the time that works so you keep your progress moving forward. It’s our way of making routine and consistency work, even if your schedule is less than cooperative.

Worried that the workout classes might be boring? If there were, I’d dread them too. We have so much variety in our classes—from strength training to pilates, zumba, yoga, HIIT, and meditation—that you’ll always have fun while getting on track.

No, it doesn't. If you're joining a full membership with us, then you will get support from our nutritionist. But for 7-day trial, instead of worrying about what to eat and not to eat we have found it's best when women just out a class and see how much better they feel from it!
It depends on how long you're down for it. Our 1-month membership is Rs 4949, while our 3-month and 6-month membership work out is Rs 3633 and Rs 2650 per month respectively. But really, the real test is just to give it a go and see how it is for you.
