This is what the Tribe did.

In Jan, I remember telling my friend that my body form is so poor that even my aunt is stronger than me! Aaj lag raha hai I’m getting there… inching slowly, but firmly in the right direction. So grateful to have the most amazingly perfect coach in you.

The best compliment was when my lil one came up after a session and said… “Amma u look nice actually and happier.” Thank u d entire team of mentors nd d tribe itself. It’s not only making us fit physically — so much more mentally nd emotionally too.

With just 5 hours of sleep and work stress, I was feeling so low to join the session today. But thank you @Paridhi for helping us grow. Growing stronger everyday!

Mom strength!! Carried my son all the way uphill without a single break — the strength training is showing up everywhere in my life now.
